Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
We respect your privacy. This policy explains how Alci Creations collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you buy our brownies or talk to us.
What we collect
When you order, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and payment details.
How we use it
Only to process and deliver your order, answer your questions, improve our service, and — if you'd like — send you updates and promotions about our products.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We only share it when needed for delivery, payment processing, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure, and only authorised people at Alci Creations can see it.
This website
Your order box is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you choose to send your order on WhatsApp.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy as our business changes, and we'll share updates through our official channels.
