Terms & conditions
Last updated 14 October 2026
By placing an order with Alci Creations, you agree to these terms. Alci Creations is a small business making homemade brownies: Classic Fudgy Chocolate, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel and Matcha Green Tea.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete, and baking starts after that.
Cancellations
Every brownie is baked fresh for your order, so orders can't be cancelled once payment is made and production has started.
Prices
Prices may change without notice depending on ingredient cost and availability. The price confirmed with you on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
Delivery
Please give us an accurate name, phone number and address. We aren't responsible for delays caused by courier services or an incorrect address. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details where available.
Refunds & exchanges
We offer a refund or exchange if you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective item. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos. Because these are food products, we can't refund a change of mind.
Appearance
Every brownie is handmade, so it may look slightly different from the photos. The quality and taste stay consistent.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order.
